It works like magic in cutting out the hard water residue and doubles as cleaning the dishwasher :) It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you stay with us again soon!

We do appreciate the feedback on the dining table size and we will gladly pass that comment back to the homeowner to take into consideration for upgrading. The stove and fireplace are in operation so please always call us if you need any assistance in operating anything in the property and we are happy to assist! The hard water is very prevalent in the area so often people do think it isn't working but I assure you the dishes are clean with water stains. We provide Lemishine to help remedy the solution but it is not always a perfect solution. Other than that, it was an absolute pleasure to host you for your ski vacation! We hope to host you again soon in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We apologize that the oven went out and appreciate you letting us know so we could get it fixed. We offered for you to use another kitchen as the quickest solution if you needed it for the oven since you can also cook chicken on the stovetop. We do provide extra batteries in the homes which can be used to replace in a smoke detector with low battery, or please call us and we are happy to send maintenance by to take care of this for you. I know the low battery noise is annoying so again my apologies. We do allow service dogs in our non pet-friendly properties but still have to charge a pet fee generally due to the extra cleaning it takes for our teams to make sure all pet hair is removed. Many guests book these properties because they have pet allergies. We're sorry you feel you can't recommend this property. The oven has been fixed. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise.
