This was a great property for a family of four conveniently located near the beach and Pier Park!We loved the location, the balcony overlooking the water, and the setup of this cute beach house.We flew in, so it would’ve been nice to have a few beach basics provided like chairs, shade, or sand toys. We made it work purchasing just a few things. Overall, great for our short stay!

Great location! The public beach across the street was never busy. Only complaint is that the cottage was smoking hot when we arrived and it took an entire day for it to cool down.

Very happy vacationer!

We’ve stayed at three other properties in Summertowne but the floor plan for this one was awesome! Kitchen and living room on lower level is a game changer. Definitely wanted to stay longer or just buy it!!!
