Second bedroom has queen size bed and sliding doors to enclosed lanai.
Third bedroom has queen size bed and a smart tv.
Second full bathroom is nested closely to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
The enclosed lanai has comfortable sitting areas as well as lounge chairs to enjoy as you soak up some sun rays. Also, you will find a brand-new BBQ grill and gas heater.
