The house was in great condition and perfect for 2 couples. Curtis and Kathy as host and manager were very welcoming. The location was also fantastic as it is truly steps away from the beach. Considering we were in town for Thanksgiving, the house was well equipped to handle making that level of dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Great place close to the beach

House has great furniture, kitchen, towels, sheets. Pool and backyard are wonderful for late afternoon swim and relaxing. Beach is literally around corner in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time during our stay. Everything was set up perfectly. Kathy was just a text away if we needed anything. The walk to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise was amazing. The pool was refreshing and had the perfect amounts of sun and shade throughout the day.

Fabulous Fort Lauderdale stay!

The property was wonderful! Great location, pool, kitchen, beds, etc. The property also worked well and was comfortable for my friend who unfortunately broke her foot Day 1! Would definitely stay again and recommend! Kathy was great to work with as well!

Beautiful, fully-equipped home in ideal beach location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lauderdale Beach. The house is perfect. The beds are comfortable, beach & bath towels plentiful, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. We walked easily to the beach, many nearby eateries, and Walgreens. An amazing bakery, terrific Detroit-style pizza place, excellent Greek restaurant were highlights. We enjoyed being close to both Ft Lauderdale, and charming Lauderdale by the Sea.

Great Getaway for my wife and I, two teenage daughters, and dog

Nicely furnished and decorated, updated kitchen with gas stove, extremely comfortable beds, updated bathrooms with a main bath walk-in shower, a spacious and comfortable living area with large flat screen TV, well manicured and fenced in back yard with pool and sun shade, upscale neighborhood, roughly 100 fee from the beach.

GREAT VACATION HOUSE !!!!!!!

This by far was the best vacation house I ever rented. The house was well maintained on every detail. The location was also great. Beach right across the street maybe a 1 minute walk. Curtis and Kathy were both very easy to work with and made the whole vacation go smoothly. This will be my vacation house in the future.

Christmas in Fort Lauderdale

Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Roomy enough for the 4 of us and our 60 pound Pittie. We had space to put up our small Christmas tree.

I designed this home for me to live in, but fate took me in a different direction. What that means is that you will not be staying in a house that was done quick, dirty and cheap as a rental.
