About this property

The Perfect Condo for Your Family!

This is a perfect beach get-away for families of 4 to 6. We are close to the action with easy access to downtown Rehoboth, yet we are quiet and tucked away in a beautiful new community. We are situated to the east of Route 1, which means that getting in and out of downtown Rehoboth is a breeze.

Our community features 2 pools, and our unit is located just across the street from one of them. There's no need to worry about parking at our place - there's plenty of room for all. The Breakwater Rail Trail connects to the corner of our development, so be sure to bring your bikes and running shoes!

Our unit is simply perfect. We are on the top floor, which means it's very quiet. The elevator is beside our unit, which is incredibly convenient.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and a large closet. The second full bathroom is situated just next to the second bedroom. The living room couch pulls out to a comfortable, full size trundle bed.

In the living room we have a large flat screen TV and DVD/Blu-ray player. We also provide Wi-Fi, for your convenience.

You can enjoy your morning coffee while sitting out on our balcony that overlooks the turtle pond.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all new dishware and cookware. A washer and dryer are in the unit, for your convenience.

Great stay in Rehoboth Beach

Kerryn’s place is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication with Kerryn was easy and clear- she is a lovely host. The location is great - easy access to town and to Rte 1. The development is very nice and has a pool and tennis courts. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Beautiful property. Very clean. The development sits just outside of the Rehobeth beach boardwalk area, but is easy to access via bike or healthy walk. The owners were wonderful and communicative. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

The condo is in a quiet location away from the busy downtown which we enjoy. We were able to book a cruise in Dewey, shop at the outlets, play at Funland, spend a day at the water park, but local produce and treats at the farmers market, visit the creative market, and swim in the pool and ocean many times.

We had a very enjoyable stay and the Condo was perfect. Everything was as advised and it was in a beautiful community setting. Short Drive to Rehoboth and with the owners help, we navigated the parking quite easily. Get the Parking App on your phone if you can. That was a big help. Very close to town and right across from the beautiful pool! The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. You do have to remember to bring your own towels and sheets. Because I didn’t know to bring our log in (passwords) information for Netflix, etc., (I may have missed where they told us to bring it), we had very few tv options in the evening. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

Very easy to find a place that suited our needs, compare several options, and book the one right for us. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions, and gave many helpful tips of things to do in the area. They stocked the condo with little things like dish soap, toilet paper, plastic bags, spices, etc. that made packing easy. Our 9 and 12 year olds loved the place as much as we did!

Owners were responsive and place was exactly what we wanted - very convenient short drive to boardwalk (back way) and right on the breakwater bike trails. Also right next door to outlets. Tennis courts and pool in good order. Wifi worked well. Highly recommend.

We are professionals from Pennsylvania who have been spending summers along the Atlantic shores since we were both small children who went on our annual beach vacations. We are currently extending that tradition by giving our own children, two boys, ten and seven, the Rehoboth Beach experience.

Why they chose this property

After having our own wonderful experience vacationing at The Grande at Canal Pointe, we decided that we would like to purchase a rental property in the same area. It's an excellent community; the properties and facilities are well maintained, and the people are very friendly and welcoming.

What makes this property unique

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to buy a property that was spacious and filled with light. When the sun rises and when the sun sets are two of our favorite times of day to relax and take it all in.
