This is the most horrible condo we have stayed in renting from Oceano.1. Big hole on the step in front of the door2. First thing you notice when you walk in door is the musty and moldy smell3. Off the master bedroom is a sliding glass door with a very loose frame, and an atriam with no foliage The drain is clogged and they let the air drain into it and drain itself is clogged. The atriam filthy with 2 inches of mold, filth, and a wind tunnel. Hence, we know where the smell comes from. The door rattles constantly at night.4. Condo very dated. Looks like yard sale goods. Loveseat hideabed is stained and filthy. No lamps. Only 1 ceiling fan worked. Glass table with four chairs and fabric is torn and stained.5. Patio had 4 outdoor chairs and a rusted and filthy barbecue grill.6. Tropical storm brought 4 feet of mud, dead fish, and trash on the patio, and 2 inches of water into condo. We call Oceano at 8am, they send one guy at 2pm with a mop and a shovel. He soaks up some of the water, and shovels the mud along with dead fish and trash from patio over the retaining wall. 7. Around sunset, the bugs pay us a visit. Not just a couple, but thousands! Covered the patio, inside the house everywhere, up the walls and curtains. out of walls in every room, cane the larvae, covering the floors. We call Oceano the next morning.8. 2 guys from Oceano come out with bug spray and spray along the baseboards, windows and arcadia door that were not sealed and the atriam which they were apalled. They readjusted the door frame which reduced the door from rattling so loudly. They started shovelling the patio dirt, when I stated it needed to be bagged and taken away. They did.9. Bugs and larvae again but not as many. 10. Air conditioner leaks from the vent in kitchen making it very slippery.11. Refrigerator makes loud rattling noise. 12. Arcadia doors and windows aren't sealed letting the outside elements i
