About this property

From Ocean Surf to Horizon, Best Sunset Cliffs Views!

Amazing beach house in quiet residential area. Panoramic 180 degree surf views, very large private deck, lush patio outdoor eating and garden spaces. Renovated with new wood floors, new HVAC. Complete, stocked kitchen. Centrally located, 10-15 minutes from the airport, downtown, and most spots of interest. No parties. Primary renter must be 30 years old. Not suited for small children under 10. Let waves lull you to sleep and wake up to beautiful ocean vistas!

The space
The home is three bedrooms, two full baths. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, master has deck access with large sliding glass door. All rooms have ceiling fans and lights. Kitchen is fully stocked with gas stove, double oven, cooking utensils, glassware and quality lucite barware for outside.

Guest access
Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of the garage. You will have access to washer and dryer only. We ask that you please respect our belongings there.

Other things to note
This home is not suited for children under 12. There are two sets of three steps outside that have no handrails. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet time is strictly enforced. Any complaints or infractions will result in immediate expulsion with no refunds.

Wonderful views of the ocean and amazing outdoor seating

We visited with friends and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was a lovely home with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the views couldn’t be beat. Deborah was a wonderful and thoughtful host who even put a birthday banner up in that home when I mentioned we were celebrating my birthday.

This home has breathtaking views overlooking the ocean as soon as you walk through the front door! Nearly floor to ceiling windows in the living room. Beautiful patio as well. Home is very cozy, only 15 minutes from the airport and conveniently located near major attractions!

Three brothers and wives came for a birthday and escape from midwest cold and snow. Great location, outstanding ocean view, lovely outdoor seating and table to eat outside. Remodeled kitchen and comfortable living room seating with large TV. A wonderful week in Sunset Cliffs.

Home away from home

My husband and I had an extended stay at the property and it greatly exceeded our expectations. The area is quiet, but just a stones throw from OB and Point Loma and easily walkable to Sunset Cliffs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the outside space was perfect for dining, lounging and just enjoying the view. Deborah was super communicative, friendly and accommodating. We look forward to staying here in the future!
