Family vacay 2024

Great trip, great property! Nice location, clean and remodeled. Only complaint was the noise in the evening due to teenagers and loud music, almost every night until 11pm. Base vibration!

Sunny Bunny cottage was perfect for our stay in Seaside!

Our family had a wonderful time in Sunny Bunny cottage. The location was ideal, as it was a few blocks away from the center of Seaside town square and across the street from the beach. The cottage was so adorable and furnished perfect for the beach with so much attention to detail in the decorations. The furniture, appliances and everything in this rental made our stay the best in Seaside. We highly recommend Sunny Bunny!

Perfection!

The cottage was extremely comfortable, with all the equipment needed to make the stay convenient. I will choose this property again.

Summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very lovely cottage inside. Parking was great too. Coffee pot definitely needs an upgrade. The street noise after dark was excessive.

Beautiful Home Convenient to Everything

We loved this house. Short walk to get food or go to the beach. The hosts thought of everything and communicated with us throughout our stay. Couldn't be happier with the way we were taken care of. That said, Seaside was louder than we expected. My advice would be to go when the teenagers are in school so they're not out yelling in the streets at all hours of the night.

Sunny Bunny

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is darling! Clean, cute, beautifully decorated and suited our family’s needs. The staff was very friendly and professional. It’s walking distance to everything which is great. However, we will not stay again. During the day it was fantastic but every night around 9:00 hundreds of unaccompanied teens would walk and drive the street directly next to the cottage. Carrying loud speakers, driving unsafely, drinking, yelling, cussing, etc. Nearly all night long. Nobody got any sleep and enjoying the back porch at night with kids was not an option. Occasionally there would be police presence but as soon as they moved on to another area the party started again. We tried to make the best of it but it negatively impacted our trip.

Only thing with it he location is we had on 2 separate nights - random boy/ man walk on our porch!!!! Kinda alarming esp with kids staying in the home. I can understand the street being bombarded with kids- can’t stop that but in the porch is a different story😳
