Do not do business with this property manager. I booked this property on 3/20/24. Shortly after, the property manager contacted me and said this property wasn't available but he could get me a different property. I didn't take him up on this offer and he never cancelled my reservation. On 5/5/24, I asked him to cancel it, and he told me to contact VRBO customer service because he didn't want to pay the fee. I contacted customer service on 5/5/24 and was told they would look into it. I was still charged for the property, even though I didn't stay there. I have contacted customer service again and they still haven't done anything to fix this. This has taken hours of my time and I still have thousands of dollars charged to my credit card. I would stay away from this shady property manager.
