Our family had such a lovely visit to Blue Mountain Beach! The house was a perfect location for walking and riding the golf cart to local places. We had plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked. We can’t wait to come back and visit.

House is as advertised. Location is awesome. Pool in the neighborhood is not big but clean and pleasant. Golf cart is super quick to get up to speed.

I have been in customer service all my life as I was in the restaurant business for 30 years. I want my guests to be happy and I am always trying to get better at what I do. I enjoy traveling and being outside. Enjoy spending time and family and friends.

Why they chose this property

I love the area! Blue Mountain Beach is a 3 minute drive from Grayton Beach, 3 minutes from Gulf Place and about 5 minutes from Seaside. So its in a great central location. Lots of bike trails, great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is newer and the homes are beautiful. Plus I love that the back of my house is a National Forest. So that gives you some nature and the ability to walk in the woods…not just the beach. This area is more laid back and less congested than other areas on 30A….but close enough to get to those places quickly by car, bike or golf cart.

What makes this property unique

I love the large back patio ( with grill ) and front porch. Also the den, kitchen and dining room is very open…Perfect for gathering. House was built in 2014 and has been maintained well.
