Welcome to Redwood Villa! Centrally located in Carolina beach, this unique townhome is only a short 3 min walk from the beach and offers peek ocean views. A few key amenities offered include:

✓ 6-seater golf cart included with booking. Driver needs to be 25 years or older

✓ Private ground floor condo with living area, King bed, kitchenette and full bath

✓ 4 King beds plus sofa bed and bunk beds

✓A LARGE 82-inch TV in living room

✓ Fully stocked kitchen

✓ Bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and wagon provided

✓ Linens, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided

✓ Propane grill available (guests will need to provide propane)


This property has a private condo on the ground floor with 1 King bed and 1 queen pull out couch, a full bath and a full kitchen. Three more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The house has a total of 4 King beds and 1 sleeper couch that can comfortably sleep 10 adults. Two additional bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom can ideally sleep 2 more kids for a total of 12 people. A second larger kitchen and living space are on the 3rd floor. Decks on both the 3rd and 4th floors.

Entrance is on ground level.

Internet and WiFi:
Fast wireless internet with triband mesh WiFi (Speeds pictured). Password and access provided at check-in. Streaming video services including Disney+, Netflix, Hulu and ESPN+ are provided on all TV’s.

Kitchen:
Utensils, plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, cookware, cutting boards and commonly used spices are provided.

Miscellaneous
We will provide you with a few tide pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and K-cups and tea for your first morning's coffee. This will get you started on your first day before a grocery store run.

Essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels (including beach towels), linens and pillows included. Plenty of beach chairs and beach accessories. Baby gates and Pack 'N Play can be provided on request.

Finally, a propane grill is available but guests will need to purchase propane tank. Can be purchased at Carolina Petro, only a few blocks down from the house.

House also comes with an outdoor shower

Beach accessories include: 10+ beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, cooler, wagon, beach toys & 2 bicycles

Great family vacation spot or beach getaway

We loved our stay here. Property owners were very great with communication and accommodating. The house has a lot of things you need for younger children (baby gate, bed rail, pack n play) as well as adults. The option of the golf cart was a very convenient add on. 3 blocks from a great beach access point makes an easy walk and the house comes with everything you need for a great beach trip. We stayed here for a family vacation and this would also be great for any adults beach trip.
