Makati experience

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We liked the convenience of having a store and laundry downstairs location was ok but not far from where we liked to go. Unit was clean and bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. Glenn our host was very accommodating

From the outset, the unit within Makati's Red Residences scores very high marks for cleanliness, top condition, well maintained and managed. The area is very safe, walkable and has many shopping and dining options in its proximity. I would definitely consider this unit for my next visit to Makati in Manila.

Highly Reccommended!

I could not believe that we were the first guests in this newly dress up condo unit at Red Residences. It is an ideal location, clean, modern, and well equipped unit – perfect for a few days in Makati. Communication with Grace and her team was very easy, and the photo directions for finding the place were a great help. Highly recommended!

Clean room in convenient location. I would stay there again. The only down thing was, that the room had a bad smell when I arrived. The AC was running on high speed but 25C. My suggestion, keep the air conditioning on or under 20C on lowest fan mode, before guests arrive. This should avoid the unwelcome foul moist smell. As soon as the room was cooled down it was all ok.
