Awesome property close to the shops on King Street! The beds were extremely comfortable, the views from the lower cabin were incredible, and the property overall exceeded expectations. We had a total of 17 guests and we fit comfortably. The hill to access the driveways was a bit precarious and washed out from recent rain, but was still very manageable even in smaller cars. Highly recommend for any large groups!
What a great property! 2 houses within walking distance. We had a party of 14. Older parents with requests for good bathrooms. The 2 houses were perfect for our weekend. Large area to cook and hang out. We grilled hotdogs and hamburgers. Kids loved the video games, hot tub and games provided. Perfect house for a large party. We did not walk to town as it is a steep hill however driving to town was so easy. Highly recommend this property. The owners could not be more attentive.
The houses are in a great location. Convenient to Downtown Boone -- walking distance, but a walk for the young and strong. We stayed with my whole family for my son's wedding in Trade TN. It worked out very well. There are things that would have made the stay easier for us: There was no book upon check in that had directions for all the things (hot tub, fire pit, grill, lights, etc). Instead, everything that we needed was in an email in the app for both houses. This is a bit confusing . I didn't even realize I had the access code already because it was lost in the threads of app emails. Seems like a minor detail, but it made it challenging to share the access codes and directions on how to open the doors. Also, the doors were a bit tricky to lock and unlock. (and since we were there for a wedding, even more difficult returning from the party after a really fun time :) )The beds were very comfortable, the location was great. The furniture was also extremely comfortable. We had a full house in both houses and could have used more than the one provided towel per person. The amenities were good ( hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags). If you like to cook, maybe bring your favorite pots, and knives. Everything was provided, but if you're a food snob, bring your own equipment. And if you hate to drink out of plastic, bring your own wine glasses. The owners were very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay.
