This was our 2nd time staying at the house and it was just as great as the first time. If you're coming out to ride at Sand Hollow or exploring the area this is the perfect place. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great place. Great location, nice rooms and a beautiful kitchen and family area. I was amazed at how organized the kitchen was. Everything was labeled and anything you needed was there. The pool and hot tub were also wonderful. This is an easy place to recommend but would like not to because I want to take my family back and stay there again, ha!

Zion Vacation

Great place to hang out with friends and kids. Pool was great, there are quite a few things in the garage for the pool so don’t miss out on that. The garage stored my crew cab long bed truck which was very nice for the heat. 3rd car garage stored a 2 seat and 4 seat razor along with 2 dirt bikes. There is a ton of extra space outside the garage for other toys. If you do have to park on the road it is directly behind the house. As for inside the beds were great, hang out areas were good for both adults and kids. The kitchen is super well stocked and love the fact they have spices on the shelf. It’s a 10 min ride max to sand hollow OHV area and 2-5 min to the reservoir.

Great getaway

The house was clean and ready for us. When we had questions they were quick to respond and help. The pool and hot tub were clean and worked great. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend staying here.

Loved it!

Three generations spent a great week here. The kids loved the pool, and the adults loved the umbrella on the ledge. The home and landscaping were beautiful and well appointed. We had a great experience.

Excellent house with great amenities!

The house was amazing! It was super clean, has a great stock of everything needed in the kitchen, tons of linens including kitchen, bath and pool, and excellent indoor and outdoor entertainment options! The beds were very comfortable and the dual laundry was a huge bonus! We used the pool the most, but the hot tub and gas fire pit was a nice option for the cool evenings. We would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect stay

My friends and I stayed at this very attractive house for a week of golf in the area. The guys could not stop raving about how much they liked the house. Tastefully decorated, everything you need is provided. Great hot tub, pool and sitting areas. In past rentals, there was always a few things that did not work or were not provided. This house has everything for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Trip to Utah/Zion

Beautiful property with everything you need and more. Six adults stayed but definitely plenty of room for more. We were able to enjoy the hot tub after hiking for the day and it was wonderful! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Property management answered questions quickly and were easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

Recent stay at A Dunes Oasis

A Dunes Oasis in the Sand Hollow area was everything our family hoped for, and more. Beautiful property and location to the Sand Hollow State Park, the house was amazing, top of the line everything inside and out. We loved the pool, hot tube, BBQ and especially slowing down each night sitting around the Fire pit. I would recommend this property to everyone who is looking for a awesome place at a great price. We will return for sure, thank you Escape Properties!

Very Pleased

Beautiful home and back yard. Lots of space to relax, inside and out. Big kitchen and island. Comfortable mega couch. Quiet neighborhood. Very quiet at night, so great for sleeping. Loved blackout drapes for master, and the master shower was spacious and well vented! Saltwater pool was a refreshing surprise. BBQ grill was large and easy to use. This is a great vacation home. We will definitely return if we ever visit St George again.

A DunesOasis

We have stayed here every year for the past five years and love it. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because there were a few items that needed to be repaired. They did email to let us know these things needed to be done but they didn't really affect our stay so it wasn't a priority for us. This is a perfect location for our boating experience and we will be sad as our family is growing so we may have to look for a larger home in the future.

Bed count inaccurate

This house was pretty nice in every other way except the number of beds listed. There was a bed short, which caused a 65 year old man to have to sleep on the couch. When we tried to discuss this with the property manager through text, they stopped communicating. I really feel that the share that my friend paid, should have been refunded. I cannot recommend this property
