Don’t miss out on this RARE opportunity to be right on the sand in a small row of private homes. You’ll be located in Santa Barbara County’s “cutest” town, the small seaside community of Summerland. Everything you need is within walking distance: the beach (just walk out the back door!), restaurants, coffee shop, wine tasting, general store, art galleries, and antique shopping. A bike path will take you into neighboring Montecito and you’ll be just a short drive from Santa Barbara to the north and Carpinteria to the south.

This unique Paradise Retreats property is serving up a nearly private beach that curls up to this tri-level oceanfront home. With floor to ceiling windows, nearly every room has a full ocean view. Enter on the second floor with the large open Living Room and Kitchen leading out to an expansive beach deck and a Guest Room and Bathroom. Use the spiral staircase to the upper level loft and find a generous loft-style Primary Suite with the addition of a cozy Twin Bedroom, second Bathroom, and a desk area. The lower level features a private Suite with a separate entrance and an additional Bedroom, a Hall Bathroom, and a second Kitchen and second Laundry Room. Use your private beach walkway to spend the day swimming in the water, eat dinner watching the sunset over the ocean, and fall asleep to the soothing sound of crashing waves.

Fantastic House and Grounds on the ocean

Three generations spent three nights here celebrating an 80th birthday. House is fully equipped and in perfect condition. Grounds are manicured with flowers, shrubs and trees perched along the cliff above the ocean. All very impressive.

This property delivered everything as advertised, and more! Only 2 issues: firstly, it is located right next to a train line; second, despite the enormous space inside and outside the house, you are only permitted 10 people at any given time (and the management has cameras to verify!).

Family reunion vacay

The property was beautiful and the location was spectacular. Plenty of room for the nine of us to enjoy our stay. The only drawback was that it was difficult for our mother who walks with a cane to navigate the steps and walkways to the lower levels to enjoy the outdoor space and the beach and and it would have been nice if all of the outside landscaping lighting was on in the evenings. Otherwise we had a wonderful time!

Amazing location beachfront

The home is in a fantastic location beach front, just walk down the steps to enjoy the beach. The house is also fully equipped to enjoy family quality time. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table, cornhole, wood fire pit, bbq, and awesome decks and beautiful views. The only caveat I would add is that the house has a lot of stairs and many different levels which could make it difficult for little ones and those that are much older. Also, the property manager was very nice and made the check-in process super easy!

Family Easter Mini Vacay

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous home! Although the first couple of days, the weather did not cooperate, and it was raining, the home had plenty to keep us occupied. We played ping-pong, cornhole, board games, card games, and there were plenty of TVs to keep everyone happy. Soon, the sun came out. Wow, what a gorgeous location right on the beach. You will have your own private fire pit, your own private sitting area to watch the beautiful ocean and dolphins, your own private entrance to the beach, and so much more! You won’t regret staying at this beautiful home!
