Only 6.5 miles from Elk Mountain skiing and minutes from several golf courses, great fishing locations and rails & trails hiking/ biking paths. This is the perfect location for year round activities! Enjoy custom details throughout, screened in wrap around porch, modern amenities and 2.5 acres of land to roam around.
The space
This cottage was recently renovated with custom shiplap throughout the entire house. Enjoy the fully appointed kitchen with all the amenities needed to make your stay feel like you're at home. The farmhouse sink will make you enjoy doing the dishes. Both bedrooms and living room are equipped with Smart TV with access to Netflix and Discovery+.

This is a great place to stay for gatherings with family and friends!

Lackawanna Lodge was perfect for our visit to Thompson. The rooms were comfortable, items were easy to find, and the place heated up quickly (good for those PA winters!) Would definitely stay there again.

This is a perfect little cabin for a quiet getaway! House was stocked with plenty of extra amenities (paper products, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, etc) and the kitchen was well supplied to cook meals at home. The location of the home was close to Elk Mountain, which we took advantage of for some winter adventures.

This cabin has been totally renovated and is one of my top three Vrbo’s that we’ve stayed at. Everything thing was provided, beds were fantastic. Will be back on our next visit to our old stomping grounds now that we know you your place is available

Never does a day go by that you don't see a deer, rabbit or turkey on the property. I love sitting out on the wraparound screened in porch and enjoying the view.

What makes this property unique

Located in the Endless Mountains, the 2.5 acre property is peacefull and quiet year round. Wraparound screened in porch is a bonus with the firepit in the yard.
