Our 235-acre property has a 6-acre private lake that's just waiting for you and your family to explore. Grab a rowboat, go fishing, or hit the trails!
When you're back from your adventures, gather around the firepit to share stories, roast marshmallows, and make memories that will last a lifetime. Our home is more than just a place to stay; it's a place for families to connect, have fun, and truly live.

During your stay, you may encounter our friendly sheep, goats, cows, pigs, and chickens, adding a delightful touch of rural charm to your experience. It’s a wonderful way to connect with nature and introduce little ones to life on a working property.

The space
This home boasts three roomy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The master suite offers a king bed, expansive walk-in closet, a dual-sink bathroom, and a stunning lake view. Recently remodeled and tastefully decorated, the house exudes charm. You'll find a washer and dryer for your convenience, plus a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel right at home.

Guest Access

You’ll have private access to the home and surrounding yard. After signing a disclaimer, you can also explore the private lakes, hiking trails, and natural beauty of our property. Keep an eye out for our resident animals—they’re part of what makes this retreat so special!

Mariposa County, Yosemite National Park, and nearby areas are rich with wildlife and diverse plant life. This includes deer, bears, snakes, spiders, and various insects, as well as potentially harmful plants like poison oak and poison ivy. Please be aware that there are no lifeguards on the property, and all activities on the land and lake are at your own risk. We, the hosts, cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents.
Fires are strictly prohibited outside of the designated fire pit in the backyard of the property. Only the provided BBQs is permitted to be used and must not be moved from its area. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and if you do smoke outside please dispose of cigarette butts properly to avoid littering charges. Do not under any circumstances throw your cigarette butts, as this has caused numerous fires in the area and you will be held responsible.
