**FALL SPECIAL** Perfect Location!!! This charming 3 bed/2 bath cottage W/HOT TUB (closed 10/31/25 - 4/30/26), sleeps up to 8 with futon. It's located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood close to all the great things South Haven has to offer. Only 3 blocks from town and a 10-minute walk to Kids' Corner playground and the "Blue Stairs" that lead down to South Beach. Spend your days relaxing in the sun, swimming in blue water, and playing in the sand. Explore all the great cafes/restaurants, shops, farmer's market, marinas, & festivals.

“Sweet Haven Cottage” is newly furnished with a fun, clean, farmhouse chic style. This home sleeps 6 comfortably (and up to 8 with futon).

Perfect location… a short walk to downtown. We enjoyed South Haven, Lake Michigan Beach; Breweries, Shops and Restaurants. The back yard for perfect place to hang out and enjoy a fire in the evening. The house was cozy and had beach chairs with a cart that we used at the beach.

Great location and outdoor space

We had 6 adults and a 2 yr old. Loved location and outdoor space. Inside is small and limited AC in one bedroom. Probably not big enough for next time but not bad for this trip.

The house was very clean and had great features like the outdoor sitting area and the hot tub. The yard was beautiful. The layoutof the rooms/beds was great for our family with the separation between the main floor rooms and the basement. As usual for a basement, it was significantly cooler than the main floor so it was difficult to keep everyone comfortable with the temperature. The kitchen has very little counter space but the microwave cart was helpful for storing pantry items. The location of the house was great and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend in South Haven

The house is cute with everything you need. We rented a golf cart for easy transport of us and our things to the beach. We had loud neighbors late one night but the non emergency police handled that quickly. No trouble the other two nights.
