Great vacation house

The property was beautiful and very accommodating. We mostly spent our time in th back porch in the pool. The pool was the perfect temp. They were really good at responding. They even allowed us to come in earlier in the day and that helped a lot. We will def be back!!

My wife Sharon and I are from Ohio and this House is an investment property but also our second home. We love Florida! We have been coming to Florida for the last five years and this is the area we love the most. We own a business in Ohio but also love to buy and fix up properties. We decided to buy a home here last year. We found this home and North Port and have completely renovated it and added all new furniture with a Florida vibe. We have made it home not just for us but anyone who comes and visits. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is lovely. We have very friendly neighbors and it is very quiet here. We love how close we are to everything. We are at the border of Port Charlotte and North Port so it is just a few minutes away from anything we need.

What makes this property unique

Our home is completely updated with my wife's touch of class. She has made it feel very homey with an awesome Florida vibe. We love palm trees, water and the beach so you will get that all here.
