A gorgeous, 1 bedroom, 1 bath remodeled homestead cabin retreat mixed with current luxuries.

Come launch your adventure or explore, unwind and exhale in uninterrupted peace and seclusion under the backdrop of a prolific and magical natural lansdscape.

Run free on 5 acres of seclusion. Guests will have full access to the 5 acre fenced property.
360 degree views of volcanic Shadow Mountain, Sheephole Wilderness, and Joshua Tree National Park in the distance will encapsulate you.
This is home to world famous breathtaking sunrises and spectacular purple mountain sunsets. Feel your tension melt away.

Drape yourself on the sundeck for stargazing and sun worshipping, lounge in our magical cowgirl pool (ours has a jet & a filtered pump!) …meditate or yoga with mats and cushions provided.

WonderSkies is a cozy, romantic house for two with a private bedroom. Extra guests can stay in the living room on the daybed sofa (new addition, not pictured yet!) or the inflatable queen bed with cotton linen bedding.

Best birthday weekend! Very clean and comfortable home, new hot tub, and Rosa was so amazing. The sunrises and sunsets from the house are some of the best I’ve ever seen. I will be back!

Great Spot in Wonder Valley

Stayed here with my friend. Host treated us with a suprise when we got there: beautifull charcuterie board and chilled white. Nice touch! Accommodations were perfect. Close to Joshua Tree and Kelso Dunes.

Desert Escape

Went there with my husband, 9 y/o daughter and 2 small dogs. Lots of outdoor space to wander about and allow the pups to roam (there is a tall fence around the entire property). You're right on the foothills of the mountain, so you need to listen out for coyotes. We were able to entertain ourselves there: there's a nice deck by the pool, watched a movie on the big outdoor projector and hopped in the Jacuzzi. We had a few meals outside, too. We were looking for a location pretty far away from the city, and we certainly got it. We usually only left the property one time per day. It's probably a 25-minute drive from this location to the far East entrance of Joshua Tree, which we visited for a few hours each day. If you don't have four-wheel drive, you absolutely need to follow the directions that are provided, not Google maps. And if you can help it, it's best for you to arrive while there is still sunlight. We brought our own telescope, but there is also have one that you could use here. You may not even need it since the sky is so clear, we saw more shooting stars in the 4 days that we were there, then I have in 5 years in LA. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this location. If you want to disconnect and enjoy some real peace and quiet, this is the location for you. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday here. It was definitely a memorable location and would love to come back here.
