A clean and bright condo at a great value! It provides all the basic items you will need to have a great getaway from your busy schedule. Enjoy the private balcony with an ocean view as you wake up each morning or as you settle down each evening. You'll certainly appreciate being near one of the complex's beach accesses, located next to the building. If you don't feel like swimming in the ocean for a day (which is highly unlikely!), go for a refreshing swim in the pool. Restaurants and shopping are a very short drive away from the central part of Surf City.

The Surf Condominiums is an oceanfront complex that offers convenient accommodations at affordable rates. All units have balconies with views of the inner courtyard and ocean. Private beach accesses are available for resident and guest usage. Residents and guests also have access to the swimming pool, which is open from May through September. Grilling is permitted in designated grilling areas around the complex. Laundry facilities are located onsite by the Surf Unit Owner's Association office and have coin-operated washers and dryers. Two cars are permitted for each property. Boats, jet skis, trailers, or other large water or cargo vehicles are not permitted on the premises.

Surf Condo 222 offers 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. Bed sizes include a Queen, a set of Bunk Beds (2 Twins), and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

The Surf Condo Complex offers Cable and community WIFI service to all units. Log-in information will be provided at check-in.

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Peak summer and Holiday seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our off-season.


➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

➤This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
