When you first arrive at the complex you will find parking in the shared lot directly in front of the building. Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces and passes will be provided at check-in. Head up the stairs to the second floor and use your keyless access code to get your vacation started. Immediately you are greeted by a fantastic ocean view through the sliding glass doors directly in front of you. Come down the entry hall and you will find the half bath to your left and a bunk bed set to your right.

The open living area offers ample seating for your whole family. Enjoy a fresh living room set complete with a Sofa that converts to a Queen Sleeper and 3 cozy chairs. The flat-screen TV offers cable service, or you can plug in your own streaming devices to keep bingeing the latest episodes of your favorite online series. Community-based wireless internet access is provided. Step out onto the spacious deck where you can watch the waves crashing on the beach just steps away from the condo. Summer nights are always better with a stunning view and you won't find much better than at Surf Condos!

When you have had enough fun in the sun, come inside and whip up a fantastic meal in the full kitchen, which is equipped with major appliances and all of your basic cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table, which offers seating for 4, or enjoy your meal at the kitchen bar, which offers an additional 3 bar stools.

Back down the hall, you will find the Bedroom, which offers a queen-sized bed, Flat-screen TV, and access to the full bath. The bathroom includes a vanity sink and Shower-Tub combo. This Bathroom is also accessible from the hall through the half-bath.

The Surf Condominiums is an oceanfront complex that offers convenient accommodations at affordable rates. All units have balconies with views of the inner courtyard and ocean. Private beach accesses are available for resident and guest usage. Residents and guests also have access to the swimming pool, which is open from May through September. Grilling is permitted in designated grilling areas around the complex. Laundry facilities are located onsite by the Surf Unit Owner's Association office and have coin-operated washers and dryers.
