About this property

Villa Rotonda is a spacious newly renovated home with a pool lovingly decorated for your enjoyment. Perfect for friends, families and groups up to 9 guests.

The house is an open floor concept that combines a living room, dining room with direct access to the pool, kitchen and bathroom leading to the pool. This bathroom has a tub/shower feature ideal for an after-pool shower. You will also find the laundry closet in the bathroom equipped with starter detergent packs for your convenience.

The living room is equipped with a sofa sleeper sectional, 4K television, blanket throws, and board games.

You will enjoy the large master bedroom located on one side of the house featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, private in-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool. It is equipped with towels, clothes hangers, storage, extra bedsheets and a 4K television.

Located on the opposite side of the house is a second bedroom offering a queen size bed, dedicated working station, in-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. It is equipped with towels, clothes hangers, printer, storage, extra bedsheets and a 4K television.

Across from the second bedroom is a third bedroom offering a bunk bed with twin and full-size beds as well as closet space. This room is equipped with extra bedsheets (including for the sofa sleeper), toys, and playpen perfect for kids.

We have a perfect kitchen fully equipped with appliances such as plates, cookware, cups, mugs, air fryer, cutlery, cooking utensils, blender, silverware, cutting boards, cheese board, spice rack, Keurig, oven mittens, wine/beer opener, mixing bowls, serving bowls, rice cooker, baking trays, marshmallow roasting sticks, fire pit, wine chiller and toaster. You can find a first aid kit in the drawers if needed for emergencies.

The garage is equipped with household cleaning tools, bicycle, fishing rods, and beach gear. No vehicle parking allowed.

For some fun under the hot Florida sun, ride bike on our beach cruiser and explore the quiet neighborhood, take a dip in our pool, relax on the patio chaises, or fire up the grill.
