Gullwing Resort 1002- A beachfront condo with amazing beach and bay views

Beachfront, heated pool, whirlpool spa, elevated tennis court, and private beach access.
Take in the views from the beach to Estero Bay from the private screened in balconies on the 10th floor, accessible from every room. Located on the south end of the island.

After a nice day at the beach and pool you can relax at the wet bar and mix up your favorite drink and then head out to the balcony and watch an amazing sunset.

The chef in the family will love the fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware. Just off the kitchen is the dining area that seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

After dinner, relax on the leather sectional and watch your favorite shows on the 62" smart TV, or head out to the balcony and listen to the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo's spacious three bedrooms comfortably sleep six guests. The master bedroom suite features a king size bed , 32 inch TV and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has two separate granite vanities, a jetted tub, and a luxurious tile walk-in shower with multiple shower heads.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 26 inch TV and a sliding door that opens up to the balcony. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a door that goes out to the balcony. The second bathroom comes with a granite vanity and a walk-in shower with an overhead rain shower head.

Other features include free Wi-Fi, Direct TV, washer/dryer, beach towels and all mattresses and bed pillows have allergy covers on them.

As a guest at Gullwing you can float around in the heated pool or go down to the beach, where you will find water sport rentals, cabana, umbrella/chair rentals for an additional charge.

The Gullwing Beach Resort is offering limited complimentary bikes to be used by owners guests/renters on a first come/first available basis. It will require users to download an app, and follow the instructions. The bikes are located in the parking garage between the elevators. They are available between 6am to 6pm and each one can be used complimentary for up to 4 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: This listing, Unit 1002, in the Gullwing Condo Building is privately owned and NOT part of the Gullwing Resort Hotel operated by Sunstream Hotels & Resorts. Some amenities in common areas that are otherwise offered to hotel guests who pay a daily resort fee are not available including the fitness center & business center.

The space served my family well. It was clean and well taken care of. The location on the island was perfect. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils to make several meals. The beds were comfortable. I can not say enough good about it.
