Completely Remodeled and Beautifully Furnished 3rd Floor Condo, located within a short walk to the beach. Lake Town Wharf offers THE Resort style vacation, from the five unique pools, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature golf, an on-site market/bistro, on-site dining options and flexible meeting spaces for conferences, to weddings and other group functions. Walking distance to Pineapple Willie's, Wal-Mart, Juan Taco & other shops!
The space
Park and walk to this 3rd floor unit with NO ELEVATORS or STAIRS needed to access the condo!! Fully equipped, GULF VIEW from your front door / king bedroom window and lake front from your balcony one and a half bedroom (bunk room does not have a door), two bath condo with sleeper sofa. Just a short walk to Wal-Mart, Pineapple Willie's, Waffle House and in the same complex as The Wharf Seafood Buffet, Juan Taco and Lulu's Grill! This resort offers guests great amenities! Huge lakefront boardwalk with nightly light show, a fully equipped fitness center, 5 pools (one heated), 2 hot tubs, putting green, ramp parking, on-site security and much more!

This fee is per booking, not per person or per day, just a flat $86.97 fee This is paid directly to the resort. Family vacation

We loved the condo location and all that came with it. Just a short walk to the private access or multiple public access to the beach. The restaurants on the property was a lil to pricy for us. Over all we had a great stay 😊

Upon arriving to the property, checking in to get the parking passes was easy to do, we had got there early and wanted an early check in but was told it was still being cleaned. It was 30 minutes before check in time, I used my guest code to enter the home but couldn’t, so I contacted host and then was able to get in. Did quick walk through of the home, master bedroom was ok, master bathroom looked good until I check the shower curtain and it had mold on them I contacted host and he sent the cleaner to replaced them the next day. 2nd bedroom was much smaller then expected, thought it was a full bedroom how the pictures looked it was just a space with bunk beds, 2nd bathroom looked clean but just like the master bathroom, the shower curtains also had mold (unfortunately I didn’t use that bathroom guest did and didn’t let me know until the end of the stay because they said they thought I knew about that one too) living room was spacious the rug in there lifts up at the corner, sofa bed sheets had stains, kitchen floor was crack and was stocked with limited supplies (garbage bags)beach equipment that’s for the guest was unusable due to mold. Hot water for showers was short, Ultimately we made due of the stay with the adjustment we made to make it all worth it for family and guest. Host did have good communication when contacted but at the end tried to charged for excessive cleaning he got charged for by the cleaner, filed a claim but got denied because no damages was done.

Nick thanks for your review. The reason for little hot water was due to the fact that you have way too many guest. The condo is listed to host 6 guest and you had at least 6 adults and many children. Your family left the condo in a mess and yes I did file a claim with VRBO for the excessive mess you left. As I state in my listing there are only starter packs of trash bags, paper towels etc. I am sorry you were not happy with your stay and as noted in my reviews your description of my condo is not accurate. Good luck and thanks again for staying!!
