Welcome to your spacious, top-floor paradise on the water on Fenwick Island. Sit and relax in the sun on the balcony or in the shade in the screened porch. Gorgeous views, night or day, rain or shine, inside or out. Large, cathedral-ceilinged kitchen and living room mean you can see the water while reading a book on the couch or while making a crab feast for the family. Introverts can spend time with extroverts with multiple spaces for sitting or hiding away in one of the large four bedrooms with chairs, couches, and televisions. Primary bathroom offers a soaking tub in addition to shower. Activities available for all tastes with a resident-only on-site pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day, quality restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a proprietary dock from which kayaks and standup paddle boards can be launched. Small on-site beach, perfect for small kids. Fancy the ocean? Multiple beaches are jogging distance away (we've done it) or drive and park, less than 2 miles. Great option for a family or multiple-family getaway in a secure building with elevator access.

NOTE: A maximum of 9 guests are welcome, including children!

There are NINE dedicated sleeping spaces. There's one king (2), two queens (4), and a double bunk (2) with a twin pullout trundle (1).

Annual Friends Getaway

The condo was extremely clean and well laid out. Had a couple of bumps initially upon arrival but communicated easily with owners and got everything sorted out quickly. Top quality linens were provided and the beds were all comfy. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Beautiful condo & location. The unit didnt seem to have enough towels, pots & pans & items like this for a 4bedroom unit. Porch screens torn out, no actual coffee pot or keurig just a french press. Also the whole freezer was completely full of food.

A view that makes your coffee taste better!!!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and conveniently located just enough outside Ocean City to be peaceful, but close enough to be at all the attractions in minutes! The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, and well taken care of. We had 12 people (4 adults and 8 kids) and there were plenty of amenities for everyone! The pool was such a perk for keeping the children entertained and the dock was an amazing treat for fishing and crabing! We really enjoyed our stay!

5 stars all the way through! Would give the property owner more than 5 stars if I could for communication! Especially in OC where a property management company seems to have a monopoly on the market, we were thrilled to find this listing as privately managed. And she lived up to the expectation x10. Location is ideal, views are incredible and the condo was exceptionally spacious. We will absolutely be back!

What a gem!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely perfect—close enough to enjoy the beach and local attractions, yet far enough to have the peace and privacy we wanted. We were less than 20mins away from OCMD boardwalk and approximately 35mins away from Rehoboth boardwalk which we all enjoyed. The house itself is incredibly spacious, has a deck and screened in porch which made us enjoy the beautiful views even more, especially during sunrise/sunset. Definitely ideal for a family or group of friends. The pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Only negative thing is we had a hiccup with the check in process but everything else went smooth and easy. They had towels, beach cart, beach chairs, pots/pans/plates/utensils and everything else you might need. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation… EASY

Our family had a wonderful stay. This home made our vacation… EASY. We enjoyed everything about the location. Beach and Boardwalk entertained us all. Nearby restaurants… good food and service. Four of our family members were unable to join us. Which gave us even more room for sleeping arrangements. Kitchen nicely stocked for cooking. The place was clean and provided all that we needed. On the back porch/deck… we spent our mornings with coffee to start each day and evenings with a glass of wine to end our day. Great view, nature sounds. A quiet place for relaxation. However, out and about was quite the entertainment, with so much to do. Much laughter and big smiles all around. The pool was large and clean for the kids to swim/play in. Plenty of seating on pool deck. The grounds are lovely… well kept. The Host was communicative and promptly replied to any concerns during the booking and entry process. We would certainly return.

Beautiful Condo in great location

Host was very responsive. The condo is just as it looks in pictures. Gorgeous view. Unfortunately we followed a group who had broken several items in the condo and they couldn’t be fixed prior to our stay. Screened porch door did not close, there was a broken toilet seat and a broken door to the Jack and Jill bathroom. The key pad wasn’t working so we only had one key for our group of 8 people and that posed challenges and was a bit frustrating. Note that while the listing says it sleeps 10 people, 3 of the 10 are expected to sleep on 1 of 2 recliners built into the living room sectional or on a sofa that doesn’t pull out into a bed. The condo sleeps 7 people on actual mattresses. The twin bed (in the bedroom with the sofa) is actually a Murphy bed in a cabinet. The front of which cracked when our 17 year old got into bed and we were stuck paying almost $1,200 to replace the entire cabinet, mattress and all. Definitely buy the insurance as we ended up being responsible for a piece of furniture that while pricy was not well-constructed and apparently doesn’t have available replacement parts.
