Welcome home to Nicola Oasis, your private, luxury modern retreat in the heart of Palm Springs. Step outside to your completely secluded, oversized backyard, perfect for large families and friend groups, featuring a large new saltwater pool, tanning shelf, and a huge 14-person spa; an 8-person outdoor dining area with infrared heat, Adirondack chairs surrounding a gas fire pit, cozy seating/working areas tucked into a zen fruit tree garden, outdoor games and ample space to relax and enjoy the beautiful Palm Springs sunrises and sunsets.

DELUXE BEDROOMS AND BATHS
Step inside to 1700 square feet of brand new living space featuring midcentury design by Tim Pontarelli.
• Four comfortable bedrooms (K,Q,Q,TT), each with plenty of closet space including a dresser and luggage rack
• Two full spa bathrooms, each with a double vanity and rain shower head

CHEF'S KITCHEN
A huge, open chef's kitchen with two wine refrigerators plus Nespresso and Keurig coffee makers
• Three dedicated workspaces with plenty of light, desk space and power outlets
• Large living room with vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace
• Hi-speed mesh wifi throughout, and a two large Roku Smart TVs featuring all the popular streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBO max and YouTube TV.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

Nicola Oasis also features a full-sized laundry room with washer and dryer, a 2-car garage, plus an oversized driveway with tourbus/RV parking.

Pool and Spa Heating is $99/night, and recommended from early October through early June. Like most Palm Springs Pool/Spa setups, only one or the other can be heated at a time. Spa-only Heating is $49/night.

No smoking. No music outside, at any level. Please review and ensure your full party is committed to complying with house rules before booking.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a taxable $150 Per Dog Fee. Limit 2. This fee can be added after you book. Official Service Dogs need to be disclosed in advance.

Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during their stay (instead of a nightly Pool Heating Fee). An Advance Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required.

My wife and I stayed here for the month of March and loved it. It’s been recently renovated and is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and pool area is amazing.

Perfect property and lovely pool

Perfect house for family to stay - enjoyed the pool and spa every day and everything was clean. Kitchen also fully stocked and plenty of towels for the pool! Location was super close to airport and downtown. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Our only complaint is the cheap thin sandpaper toilet paper purchased for the property, please spend the extra few dollars to upgrade this.

Incredible Stay!

My husband and I stayed here and absolutely LOVED everything about this completely renovated gorgeous luxury home! The beds were very comfortable, everything about the home was 100% clean inside and out. We loved the large chefs kitchen and TV area. The pool and spa was heated perfectly and we really enjoyed listening to the waterfall from the spa to the pool. Location of this home is perfect. You are in a private oasis yet 5-10 minutes from everything! Don't miss out on the lime trees in the garden area! They were amazing. 100% recommend staying here!

Palm Springs New Years

Accommodations were great, comfy, and abundant. Management was very responsive when we couldn’t light the fire pit. Got it to work. Hot tub was wonderful for cool season. It’s in a flight path but didn’t bother us. The lemon and lime trees were full too!

Palm Springs Oasis!!!

We had such a fantastic time at Nicola Oasis! The home was absolutely beautiful! Stylishly decorated with that perfect Palm Springs (updated) mid-century vibe. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail really made it feel like a luxurious chic retreat. The private pool + hot tub and outdoor space were definitely a highlight! The location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet safe neighborhood but still just a short drive to all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in Palm Springs. Quick Uber rides (very inexpensive), got us to where we needed to go fast and also we could walk to the local grocery store if needed. The airport is probably a 10-15 min uber ride. With that said, you can see/hear some of the planes during the day (which is actually cool to see) but they stop at night. Would highly recommend this place!
