As you step through the entrance, you are greeted by exposed brick walls that tell tales of a bygone era, hinting at the rich history of the building. The hardwood floors echo with the footsteps of generations past, adding a touch of authenticity to the contemporary design. This loft is located in the Historic Spivey Building, built in 1936 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Located in a Historic building so there is no elevator, guests must use stairs.

Location downtown was great. No issues with parking. Looked exactly as it does in the photos. Only drawback is it is on a main street downtown so lights and street noise permeate at all hours (no fault of the owner) I would suggest bringing a white noise machine and, if light bothers you while sleeping, an eyemask to block the light.
