Welcome to your beachside retreat in beautiful Mexico Beach! Just 1 block from the sandy shores, this cozy beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your coastal getaway. The pool is a 2 minute walk down the street in our quiet neighborhood & the golf cart is included at no extra cost! Pool is heated in winter months!

Step inside our home to find a bright and airy living space, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, ideal for relaxing after a day of sun. This house offers a variety of sleeping arrangements including a king bed, full bed, two queen beds, and a bunk bed. The house features three bathrooms, each equipped with a shower. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and access to your favorite connected TV apps.

Be sure to cool off in the pool located in our charming beachside community, or rinse off in our outdoor shower with complete privacy. We look forward to hosting you in this special home!

*2 minute golf cart/car ride to the beach
*9 minute car ride to St. Joe Beach
*20 minute car ride to downtown Port St. Joe

We provide 4 beach chairs, tent, wagon and beach toys for kids. We do not provide beach towels, so please BYO!

This is a very nice house with plenty of room for our family of 8. Could of easily accommodate 10. Place was very clean and owners were very responsive to messages. I would stay here again. Short drive to beach in car or Golf Cart parking for golf cart was hard to find an area.

The only complaint I have is the lack of parking, with three full sized vehicles it was kind of tight especially having to move one each time you want to get the golf cart out of the garage. We had an easy process from start to finish. Checking in and communication with the owners was great. This house is stocked with all the comforts of home. It was nice to not have to load our car down with all the extra items. This kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook in! The beach items were cleaned and in great shape for us to use. The golf cart made trips to the pool a breeze. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a low key easy family vacation.

We loved staying in this awesome house in Mexico Beach, Florida. The golf cart was a hit traveling to the beach and the pool was wonderful for the kids! The people in neighborhood were very nice and welcoming. The outdoor shower was a plus!! The host were awesome!! They answered questions and worked with us about dates!! Always replied right away!! AMAZING beach place!

This is not your average property! For starters, it’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and super comfortable. The neighborhood is friendly with pool access and it was so fun driving around Mexico Beach in the provided golf cart! It’s also a fantastic layout with 4 full bedrooms and a great use of space with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Finally the AREA is amazing. Walk 2 small blocks to the beach or ride the cart! Gorgeous white sand beaches with beautiful clear water awaits. Not crowded, family friendly and just a great stretch of sand for activities and fishing. Chris and Julie are incredible hosts! Can’t wait to be back!

Growing up in Florida, we are no stranger to the most beautiful beaches. And over time the more popular beach towns have become a little too touristy. Mexico Beach is a hidden gem - clean beach, beautiful water and just far enough from the crowds. It's become a special place for us to get together with friends.

What makes this property unique

Our home has been completely updated with a fresh, clean and modern look! We have brand new mattresses, linens and bath towels in all rooms. Check out our brand new golf cart to make that quick walk to the beach a little more fun. And when you are back from the beach and ready to hit up that fresh water, rinse off in our brand new outdoor shower (hooked up with hot water!), or enjoy a dip in the neighborhood pool.
