Summary:
Step into the peaceful neighborhood of Las Tecas. This is a new home and a short 10 minute walk to Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones for world class surfing. The neighborhood was once a teak farm and we’ve left some of these towering beauties for shade on the pool deck. The pool deck is large enough for a yoga class and we can arrange for a teacher for private lessons.
The tranquil grounds offer multiple areas for meditation and relaxing.
An abundance of birds at sunrise is a wonderful way to wake up while sipping your coffee under the veranda.

The Space:
Our home is a full 4 bedrooms with 4 king size beds and one room that can be converted to two twins. Each room has an attached bathroom. 3 with both indoor and outdoor showers and 1 bathroom with an outdoor shower and bathtub. Each bedroom also has TV’s and available streaming services that you can access with your own subscriptions. This single story house on a large lot, is unusual in Nosara. We offer an open concept living area, perfect for entertaining with a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ for outdoor entertaining.
