Stayed here for Belmont Family Weekend. Great property and just as described! Clean, well stocked and great communication with the host. Walking distance to Hillsboro Village, 12 South, and Belmont University. Kroger was close enough that we walked home with our groceries. Plenty of parking if you have a car and an inexpensive Uber ride to the airport. This was perfect for what we needed and we will definitely stay here again!

A great place for our 4-day family reunion (3 couples). We celebrated a belated Christmas. It was clean, comfortable with excellent amenities. A good location to getting to all the venues we were interested in, especially the Vanderbilt University stadium. We would definitely consider staying here again

The condo was clean and as advertised. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sheets and comforters were great. The host was nice and checked in to see how our stay was going. Good location, close to downtown, but far enough to miss the traffic. Location is near a great breakfast spot which we had 2 days in a row. I would recommend staying here without hesitation.

Great location

This was a girls trip that included a niece that's a student at Belmont. This was close to her as well as all our activities but far enough to not be busy. Great for each room to have their own bathroom. Would not want to share bathrooms as they are small quarters.
