Century I has great views of the ocean and bayside with balconies for each in this particular condo. This condo could use some updating in areas like the bathroom (piece of vinyl missing from along the entire length of one tub) and the one bedroom has wires hanging down from the TV onto a small table/stool. But the pics in the listing were accurate and the price for this condo was less than others in the building. With that being said it’s a very good, affordable condos hat has everything you could want/need as long as you aren’t expecting something different or aren’t someone that gets bent out of shape about the smallest things. My wife and I had a good vacation staying here and we would do so again.

Property is run down
I did not like working through the realtor. Previously when we rented properties it was directly with the owners. The owners answer your questions and get back to you in a timely fashion. I knew by the pictures that it was outdated. The patio furniture was cracked so we did not trust sitting on it. The smoke detector had been removed and only the wiring was there. The dishwasher and washing machine are really small. The lamps did not work in the bedroom, luckily there was a ceiling fan with lights. There is only one elevator to use for moving in/out and beach traffic. Sometimes we had long waits for the elevator. The place is right on the beach which is nice.

Reviewer Comments:
The room itself was nice to look at, but had a few issues. We discovered no floors had been swept before we arrived and that there was no broom. We had to purchase a broom during our stay. We also found the kitchen lacking; there was no oven safe dish to use at all. The upstairs bedroom window/door was slightly open and the screen off the track. However, response to fix this was excellent. Overall the issues were minor and we would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments:
The cleaning crew did a terrible job before we got into condo. Food particles on table, floor gritty. Burned out light bulbs in both bathrooms. Light fixtures in both bathrooms falling out of ceilings due to plaster or drywall being damp. Ceiling in master bedroom cracked and looks damp. Master bedroom sliding door would not open it took two people to open. Inside of medicine cabinets were filthy. Have stayed at Century 1 every year since the 1980’s, this was by far the worst condition of all the condos we stayed in.

Reviewer Comments:
The unit was clean and everything in working order and 2 balconies were great but we didn't expect the layout of the unit and the building. The buildings only full access to the ground floor is in the freight elevator.the main elevator only takes you to the lobby where you then have lots of steps to take to the ground level. Walking through the front door of condo then down a flight of steps to the main living area. Not good for the mother in law who has trouble walking. The description didn't say anything about the weird layout. Steps everywhere to get in and out of the building and to the beach. That was fun with a beach cart full of stuff. 1 freight elevator that you need to choose a time to use when no one else is. Day of checkout you better use that EARLY.
