The location is unbeatable - a very easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants! We came during a very hot weekend, so it would have been great if all the bedrooms had ac units (2 of the 3 had window units). We needed one thing, and the owner had it on the front step very quickly! There were plenty of bath and beach towels. It was nice to have coffee provided. Would stay again.

This stay was great! The home was walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. It was a smaller apartment than expected but we had a great time nonetheless and the host was very responsive!

Our son is a freshman at SDSU so we were looking for a spot close to the ocean on one of his favorite beaches. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of free parking if you’re patient. Super easy walk to the ocean.

Host very nice and and helpful. Place was nice and tidy. I did feel miss led by the patio, there was no awning it was blue tarps nailed down. There was also a large pile of house hold trash. At the bottom of the stairs we had to go up to get into the place. I did see 1 rat the day we left, thank goodness it wasn't before I would have died!

As advertised on the listing. Comfortable & clean.The only reason for 4 is the living room could use more seating. 1 Sofa & 1 chair is not enough & the there is plenty of space in the living room for more.
