Our designer self catering vacation rental has been newly renovated and finds its self next to Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenbergplatz and Ring Street in a very prime and safe district in Vienna.
Our apartment has a modern interior. Modern bathroom with Washer and soundproof Windows and 2 Toilets (WC).
Consists of Two separated large and spacious Bedrooms with high quality beds with best comfort mattresses and High definition 42' TV's in each room.
Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores and underground.
Around the corner you will find the famous shopping street 'Landstrasse', 'Botanical Garden' and 'Belvedere Palace'.
For example you can reach the Vienna 'Opera House' which is located in the very centre of Vienna with tram 71 within Minuets.

Everything was great, start to finish. Good communication, wonderful clean, modern apartment, no issues. Great location to public transportation both train and tram. Close enough to the things we wanted to do in Vienna
A good location, close to a tram stop which took you into the city centre in 15 minutes, The apartment was quite basic and the kitchen only had a minimum of cooking equipment, a good fridge and the shower in the bathroom worked well.
Fantastic location for walking to all of the sights or catching the train or streetcar. Mani welcomed us and was very helpful. The flat was roomy enough for our family of 5 and all of our luggage, though it was VERY spartan, with limited furniture, towels, pillows, etc.
Roomy apartment in a great location to access the sights in Vienna. Groceries, restaurants and tram spots very close. Very clean. Great shower and a big bathtub. Mani was very helpful and responsive. Vienna was great

This is a very clean and roomy apartment, in a very convenient location a block from Rennweg station (just a couple stops from the main train station, or from Wien Mitte, where you catch the airport train). Or, you can take a streetcar downtown. Would be great for a family with kids, as there are two separate bedrooms and plenty of space.

This apartment is clean and well located. The host provided necessary information promptly to facilitate our check-in. I would suggest the following improvements:1. Provide enough hand towels for everyone in the group. 2. The top portion of the window in the bathroom is not fully covered to prevent the people from the high rise to see inside the bathroom. I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the above reasons.
This apartment is very clean and well kept with everything you need. The apartment is very basic and does not look lived in but it is very comfortable.

Loved this apartment. Mani the owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Apartment was in a nice area, outside of the old city but extremely well served by transit to the airport and all areas of the city. Could have walked to all the main attractions if we had wanted to. The apartment itself was extremely clean, large bright and airy and the host provided towels, bedding etc. We would definitely use it if we visit Vienna again.
Apartment is clean. Quiet, great location with easy walk to many attractions, water pressure excellent, bathrooms were clean. Bedding was adequate, pillows could use a refresh. Would give a five except for two easy to address issues - there was no toilet paper upon our arrival, this is a staple standard that should be awaiting guests and it has been mentioned in previous reviews so be aware that you should bring your own. And our greeting at the property was a little gruff although we recognize this is a cultural thing so again just for awareness- overall this property is a good value for the price.

Large 2-bedroom apartment a great value
We loved our stay in Vienna at Mani's rental. Just a quick tram ride from the main train station, the apartment is located near the Belvedere and is a short walk to transportation into the Ring and other points of interest all over town. Inside, all is clean and modern with two large bedrooms, twin beds and a king for 4 guests. The kitchen has a cozy built in dining nook and refrigerator/freezer. The bath has tub and shower plus double sink and we were happy to also see a washing machine! Mani helped us find places to eat and got us connected to public transportation. He speaks excellent English. Overall, highly recommended.
Not a five star experience. Marks on the sheets that made then look dirty. No hand towels, old appliances and a 40 minute walk to anything worth seeing. Video camera inside the residence to so no privacy. Avoid it.
Pros:
1. The apartment is in a good location.
2. The rooms were big and bright.
3. Located on the first floor so you could either take the stairs or elevator.
4. It had a washing machine, but be sure to bring your own detergent.
Cons:
1. No one could come to visit us for coffee/tea. I stressed that they were just visiting not sleeping over. Strict policy that was not clearly stated in the ad.
2. There is no dryer, only drying racks.
3. The half bathroom was locked and inaccessible.
4. Some parts of the floors were dusty and left the bottom of our feet black.
5. Some windows didn’t have blinds and were directly facing neighbours across the courtyard.
6. The Bathroom’s upper window’s privacy screen didn’t fully cover the window and one could see the neighbours’ windows and vice versa.

Good location and access to public transport and grocery store. Limited restaurants in area though several grab and go bakeries/vendors. Sparse supplies - need to provide own toilet paper, hand towels, pillow cases, extra blankets. Challenge to communicate with host via VRBO site - need to use alternate means. Address listed is meeting point, apt around the corner - suggest include actual apt address to use for taxi/uber pick ups.

Regarding dining options, there are actually quite a few restaurants and cafés in the area. We’re always happy to share recommendations, and guests can also find nearby options on Google Maps.
In terms of supplies, we provide essential items such as one set of towels, bedding, and a blanket per guest, as described in the listing. That said, if anything additional is needed—such as extra toilet paper, linens, or blankets—we’re always glad to assist. Guests are very welcome to reach out during their stay, and we’ll do our best to provide anything required.
About communication, we did inform you that there were temporary issues with the VRBO platform affecting message access almost throughout the year. For this reason, we offered alternative ways to stay in touch (phone, SMS, or WhatsApp) to ensure we remained available throughout your stay.
Finally, thank you for your suggestion regarding the address. We appreciate this feedback and will look into making the directions even clearer for future guests.
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Apartment. Alles war sauber, zwecksmässig und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist hervorragend – sowohl die Erreichbarkeit mit den Öffis als auch die Umgebung sind top. Man ist schnell im Zentrum. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation war freundlich. Insgesamt wirklich perfekt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Großzügige, saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung aber laut
Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sauber und gepflegt aber sehr laut. Was uns irritiert, ist die Angabe der Lage der Ferienwohnung. Im Inserat wird Schützengasse 11 genannt, in Wahrheit ist sie um die Ecke in der Stanislausgasse 8. Die Stanislausgasse grenzt an den Rennweg, eine stark befahrene Straße, mit Auto- und Straßenbahnlärm rund um die Uhr.An den beiden Badspiegeln brennen drei von vier Lampen nicht.

For instance, both the Belvedere and the Hundertwasserhaus are located here, as are the Rochusmarkt, the shopping street Landstrasse itself, the Stadtpark, and the KustHaus. Furthermore, the 3rd is home to several embassies which makes the district into a very safe one.
