A modern, comfortable 3 BR 2.5 BA house right in the village near the harbor, restaurants, shops & parks.

Beautifully crafted newer home utilizes every inch of space and light. Very nicely appointed with artistic use of color and high quality of furnishings. Terrific downtown location puts a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cultural activities practically at your doorstep. First floor: porch, large open living/dining/kitchen combination, shower bath, and rear patio sleeep sofa in the living room. Second floor: master king bedroom with balcony and private shower/tub bath, two guest rooms (one queen, one full-- one opens to balcony) and 1/2 bath. Partial view of the harbor from the second floor balconies. The perfect vacation spot for active families.

Please Note: Occupied apartment in the basement level has separate entrance and parking. This will not affect your enjoyment of this wonderful cottage.

It was perfect

The house is just beautiful and the location is excellent. There is very little traffic on the street but it’s located less than a block away from restaurants and shops. We would love to stay there again when we visit in the future. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.
