With unobstructed view of the beach and ocean, the property was exactly as advertised.... clean, kitchen had everything you'd ever need. Towels, even for the beach, bedding, all good quality.We'll be back!

The condo is stylish and well thought out. The kitchen has great appliances and the ice maker was awesome to have. We enjoyed the binoculars and cooler that the condo provided for us to use. Overall would highly recommend.

Destin Beach Family Trip

The host Ryan was superb and so easy to work with. The amenities offered at this place were high quality and very thorough. The location on the beach was priceless for our family. The staff and other guests were all pleasant, parking was always available.

Our home away from home for a month was excellent. Ryan was helpful, responsive and very welcoming. The touches and finishes throughout the home made it very comfortable. We enjoy cooking and the well stocked kitchen made it easy! The bed was just right, firm but not too firm. You can't beat the view ftom the balcony!

5 out of 5! Great balcony that we used whenever in the condo. Loved being right on the water and swam everyday. You can walk in the beach and also great walking paths street side, which was nice to switch up the walking. Very clean, great communication. Highly recommend.

This is a great location. Beach service is great because you’re not having to sit super close with others. You don’t have to fight to find a parking spot. You’re a short walk from restaurants and shopping.

This is a great unit! Very nicely appointed kitchen with large under counter ice maker. The couch is deep and large enough to lay out and watch the big tv or just take a nap. The terrace directly overlooks the beach, probably the closest we have ever been! We would definitely rent here again!

The property was clean and nice with modern amenities. Everything was just as advertised and the binoculars, seasonings, and cleaning supplies were nice touches! The host was very communicative and the beach being onsite is always amazing at the Crystal Sands complex. The only thing to keep in mind is the size of the fridge/freezer! The SMEG is smaller than traditional fridges. But you can always use the cooler supplied for additional space. Also, make sure to bring your own shower supplies (soap, shampoo, etc). Absolutely loved the ice maker! Ice is not always available at condos like this.

Labor Day Vacation

This place was great. Very clean and comfortable. The location in proximity to everything was a plus too. A Yeti cooler and ice machine in the unit is included for beach time- Great touch. Only down side was there wasn’t dressers to put away your clothing. Not that big of a deal. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely beautiful condo with many extras. Right on beach with gorgeous views on the balcony with plenty of seating. I can’t say enough about the quality of the condo and Ryan was amazing. Communication and helpfulness was more than we could ask for. I love Crystal Sands for its low key atmosphere and proximity to a few great restaurants. If you aren’t into the crowds of Destin this is the place to stay. We’ve been coming for 15 years and this is truly the nicest condo we’ve stayed at at crystal sands. 3rd floor of a 3 story building makes for little noise and privacy. Thanks Ryan for your tolerance of our check- in!!!

Condo is amazing! Beautifully decorated with a fun beachy vibe. Views from the balcony are gorgeous as you listen to the waves roll in. We were lucky enough to see a group of dolphins swim past on three seperate mornings and again the morning of our departure. We sat on the balcony drinking our coffee as six dolphins played and swam past, like they were bidding us farewell. Pretty awesome! Beach chairs and umbrella setup every morning for you to enjoy the day at the private beach in front of the condos. Very relaxing and chill vibe. We had an incredible vacation here and would highly recommend staying at this condo to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation getaway spot. A from us. We would definately stay here again.

Condo was everything we expected.... clean, kitchen was equipped well, beds were comfy, we had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids. The beach was amazing and the water was so clear. We will be back for sure and will rent the same condo!! Thanks Ryan for such an enjoyable stay!!!
