A lovely retreat

The owners were very helpful. Check in was easy. The property was immaculate and cozy. Easy drive to major attractions. A lovely getaway and beautiful house. I will definitely return when I return to the area.

The hosts were great. Responded quickly and gave clear instructions. Loved the private entrance at the side of the house. Nice walkway around to it. Beautiful back yard. Everything was clean and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

My family enjoyed our stay here immensely. We have a 3 year old and a one year old and found this to be perfect for our vacation to Niagara Falls. We traveled into Canada, went to Fort Niagara, strolled and dined in downtown Lewiston and visited Buffalo. All destinations were so easy to access from this rental property. Downtown Lewiston is beautiful and there are so many great restaurants to choose from. The property was the perfect size for us and my children loved playing in the beautiful yard. The owners are wonderful and were prompt to return our texts/emails but not overbearing at all. On the day we left, my three year old wanted to know when we would come back to visit. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to town!

High marks for this gem!!!

Within 5 minutes of meeting our hosts, we knew we had picked the perfect apartment to stay in. These folks take great pride in their property. Of course, we look for cleanliness—-it was spotless. The gorgeous yard and flowers created a tranquil place to unwind. It is only 7 miles from the Falls. We were very comfortable and well served by Virginia, Frank and their apartment. Staying there enhanced an already great vacation in ways that were a bonus for us. We felt so at home and knew the hosts had our very best interest at heart. Many personal touches. Great hosts; great property and great town to explore. You won’t regret choosing this for your home away from home during your vacation. Well done, Virginia and Frank. Beautiful home - Not really a private apartment

The apartment is on the side of a beautiful home, with gorgeous gardens, and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. However, it very much is a part of their home, and it is not only decorated as such, but there's a door to their part of the home that doesn't lock. We could also hear their goings on very easily through the walls, after 11 and before 8:30. The wifi password was also incorrect, and I'm sure the host would have fixed it for us, but we weren't there long enough to make it worth it. The location was perfect and it was a great place to crash for two nights, but I wish I had known those things before booking.

Very clean, a little weird

Immaculately manicured property, inside and out. Very nice people, great communication and very welcoming. A little weird seeing a full size Trump cutout standing behind our hosts in their house. Pray for our Nation sticker on the fridge. There is a door into their home from inside the apartment that doesn't lock from the apartment side. You can hear them, especially at night when they prefer to argue. Lots of garage door opening and closing at night (and it's pretty loud). Internet password was insanely long, only to find out that you get less than 2 Mbps. We streamed tv from my phone's hotspot because streaming internet doesn't work at those speeds (not sure why they have a smart tv). Lots of pictures of their family in the apartment. Couch and bed weren't very comfortable. Shower was awesome. Overall, it was nice. Probably wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Perfect location

This was an ideal location for our extended weekend trip -Close to the falls and state parks but in a quiet setting. The yard and landscaping are beautiful, especially since the leaves were turning on the trees surrounding the home. The accommodations were a perfect size for the 2 of us. The house was very clean although I could detect a bit of a “dog” scent when we first arrived. We were a bit surprised that there were family photos around and a lot of personal Knick- knacks, but it didn’t bother us in any way; we just didn’t want to break anything! Overall, we were extremely pleased with choosing this home to stay in and highly recommend to anyone! Thanks Frank and Virginia!

Fabulous place to Stay in Lewiston NY

The property is beautiful!! It is a convenient location for sights in the area and conveniently located to downtown Lewiston. The hosts were extremely gracious and had everything we needed. I would love to stay there again!!

Best Little apartment

Our stay was fabulous. Close enough to Niagara Falls but far enough away to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. Rich in History Lewiston was a great find. And this place a great value with a super great host. The place was immaculate and gardens outback made for a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. High recommend this place!!

Great little getaway spot

The apartment is so homey & is well stocked with everything you may need. Frank & Virginia are the perfect hosts. I asked if the kitchen had a blender and Frank said no but we will make sure there is one there. The blender was on the counter when we arrived. Wonderful getaway with all the comforts of home.

Perfect Lewiston/Buffalo NY getaway!

This property is beautiful and well maintained by Frank and Virginia the property owners. If you’re looking for a weekday/weekend rental I believe this is your place. My wife and I felt like we arrived home as soon as we pulled in the driveway. Communication was either Frank or Virginia was very easy. Overall the one year wedding anniversary when on without a hitch! This place has 5 stars for a reason and the wife and I will definitely be back for a future stay!

Beautiful Property, Classy Owners

We stayed here for three nights. Absolutely comfortable & clean indoors filled with family photos & memorabilia and perfectly manicured outdoor greens. Our 2 and a half year old daughter had a great time running around big trees and counting the fishes in the cute little Koi pond. The location is just a few minutes drive from downtown Lewiston. The town is old world charm at its best. We planned this visit around Niagara Falls and by the end of our trip, this house, its owners and Lewiston were the real scene stealers. How can we forget the Peach Carnival. It was absolute fun. Both Virginia and Frank are epitome of class and exude warmth and kindness. Historic Lewiston

This property is close to Lewiston and Youngstown. Walk down Center street in Lewiston . It's loaded with shops. Stop at DiCamillo bakery, the Brickyard, Como Deli, Favorites Pizza and enjoy this little friendly town.

Best place to stay

Stayed here for 3 nights. A few mins drive from Niagara falls visitor center. The owners stay nextdoor and that turned out to be a good thing for us because we reached the place at 950pm and check-in was such a smooth process. The apartment has a very good homely feel. Very clean and comfortable. I've saved this and definitely stay here when we visit again.

Wonderful Stay for Niagra Falls Area

Our apartment was immaculately clean. Virginia and Frank were very friendly and helpful. This is an apartment attached to their home but they were extremely respectful of our privacy. Great getaway in a quaint small village about a 10 minute drive from the falls. Nice restaurants, shopping, etc. We strolled up and down the main road through Lewiston and took in the sights. There is a beautiful little park, flowers in bloom everywhere. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Home away from home

We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely this house and property was. there was just the right amount of space, the sleeping arrangements were comfortable, the backyard was beautiful and the drive to Niagara Falls area was quick and easy. Frank and Virgina were the sweetest new yorkers and were so welcoming. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was a quick drive to the quaint Lewiston Main St. It was nice to come back and relax here, away from tourists, after a day of siteseeing in Niagara Falls.
