This is a beautiful property that says right on the ocean. Everything was excellent. The house was clean. Location was great and my house was one of the best. He answered all my questions very quickly and highly recommend this property.

The location is unbeatable! The beach is almost private. The house is nicely decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with new appliances. The host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience. The house was everything we needed for our family beach vacation. The host was readily available and responsive to text messages whenever we had questions. We could not have asked for a better location or view right from the beach. The only bad part about the trip was that the week went by so fast!

The house was exactly as described - very close to the water, outdoor shower, beach chairs and toys, etc. The house was very cleaner and worked well for size people. Alan was a great host and communicator.

The convenient access to the beach was great especially with kids , excellent views, and a quiet area/neighborhood. Outdoor shower and hose on the porch were great for rinsing off sand. Beach chairs, toys, umbrellas already at the house were a great plus so we didn’t have to pack it.

Wonderful stay

We've stayed oceanfront up and down the east coast and Emerald Isle is by far one of the best locations and communities to visit. Beautiful beaches running east to west make for incredible sunrises and sunsets. This home was the perfect size in the perfect location just yards from the surf. Make sure to visit the wild horses on Shackleford Banks.

GREAT HOUSE AND LOCATION

This was our first trip to EI and could not have been more pleased with our accommodations and host! Loved the house and the location in reference to the beach. We were able to walk straight to the beach from the back door. Restaurants and groceries were within a 10-25 minute drive.

Perfect stay at Emerald Isle

This was our first vacation to Emerald Isle and we loved it! Alan’s home is close enough to restaurants and shops, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and tranquility. The house is steps away from the beach and has everything you could need. Alan is also an amazing owner who responded so quickly to any questions I had. Our family would highly recommend!

Oceanfront beach house

Everything was perfect and exactly as advertised. We were all very happy with our stay.Cleaning was immaculate and Brazelton linen and cleaning provided linens and towels. We paid for them in advance and everything was there when we arrived.Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for a week at a reasonable price. Walk off the deck onto the sand.You won’t find a better place to stay.

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time! The house was perfect for our family of 7 and it truly was oceanfront! It was the shortest walk to the beach we’ve ever had. House is located in a safe location with plenty of area to walk or run. The bedrooms were great and the living room and dining area had plenty of seating. Not having to pack chairs for the beach was the ultimate treat!!

“Best Life”

Convenient to everything you need without the traffic. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Outside shower was spot on! Comfortable furniture for a family to kick back with a good movie after a long day at the beach. Our family had a wonderful time in this home.
