2 BR Waterfront Condo w/ pool! 1st floor, Patio, W/D, 10-min walk to the beach

Welcome to my tranquil 2 Bed, 2 Bath waterfront condo in Heron Harbour Isle situated on a wide canal with stunning water views from every room!

It features two master bedrooms (queen sized beds) with ensuite full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, free in-unit laundry, smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, and a spacious living room with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. Enjoy yourself on the oversized outdoor patio with amazing water views and take advantage of the outdoor pool just steps away. My condo is the perfect vacation destination, only a 10-minute walk to the beach, a 23-minute walk to Northside Park, and a 7-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and the grocery store.

There is free onsite parking for 2 cars (The HOA does not allow trailer parking).

There is contactless entry for this unit; guests will be provided a unique access code. For guest safety, I do not re-use codes.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
• Check-out is at 10am. • Clean, wash, and dry all dishes, and return to cabinets. • Pile all used towels, on the floor, by the washing machine. • Strip the sheets/pillowcases and leave on the bed.
• Place all trash in outside bins. They are located outside the unit, to the left. • Please send me a message when you have completed check-out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not put grease down the sink. Do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. Do not set the thermostat below 70 degrees.
Parties are not allowed. No unexpected guests. Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside the unit. Do not move the furniture.
No pets allowed. Do not hang towels or other articles of clothing over deck rails. Do not crab or fish from the boardwalk or boat slips.

Very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We were there for a dance competition and the place was a quick and easy drive to/from the convention center. Conveniently located near many food options and the pools are huge!

Very relaxing atmosphere for family vacation. Close enough to beach to walk (about 10-15 minutes), Condo pool is very nice and lifeguards on duty. Canal view is very nice. Beds were comfortable and kichen had what we needed. Host was very quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend.

Really cute place with amazing water views of the bay! Only a 5-minute walk to many restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the beach! Jacquelyn was a super responsive and accommodating host. We felt like this place was an excellent value and we definitely plan to stay here again!

Cute place with easy access to many restaurants and attractions. Nice neighborhood amenities - 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, gym, courts. 5 min drive or 15-20 min walk to the beach. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great last minute vacation choice!

I was looking for a last minute off-season getaway in Ocean City and this new unit popped up that hadn't been reviewed yet. I'm so glad I took a chance on it! It's a charming and spacious condo in a terrific neighborhood, just around the corner from my favorite hangouts on Fenwick Island. The beach is a short walk, and the immediate area has everything you need whether you're by yourself or with a family. The unit was clean, has tons of natural light with all the blinds open, and a terrific huge deck overlooking the water. Jacquelyn couldn't have been a better host. She had the unit ready to go with a lot of nice extras that made my late night arrival stress-free. I can't wait to go back in the summer.
