This property has a great location and once you finally figure out the elevator system the room is easy to get to. The room has everything you will need for a stay. It was very nice to have snorkels and a cooler in the room. The bed could use new pillows though.

Great location with parking

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything in the listing was accurate and we especially enjoyed having a designated parking spot which made coming and going easy. There were boogie boards and some snorkelling gear provided, although we had our own so didn’t use it, but thought it was a nice touch. Overall a great stay.

Great directions. Seamless entry and exit. Room was just as deacribed. Nice accomodations with extras like soaps. Also had disney set up. Host is a great communicator and offered to check on things.

Door instructions not very clear, room smelled like cigarette smoke, blood on the sheets. It says “no view” but the add doesn’t say that the windows look into a hallway. We only stayed the first night and then found a new place for the remainder of our trip.

This is not true comments. Guest does not tell me he is coming at 100am in the morning. He tells me he can't open door. He does not even call me I just so happened to notice his text at 100 am. He just did not turn the key and push door. At this time, he told me he found another place before going inside. He sleeps there in the room but does not go in till 300am. After sleeping there in the morning, he says there is blood on the sheets. However, we checked it was a small speck of chocolate mostly likely from him sleeping overnight. He tried to play games with the system to get a refund.

Nice Cosy Place to Stay

This is a comfortable one room place to stay in a convenient location. One note, there are no windows to the outside so it is a little dark. Recommended to anyone looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay near Waikiki.

Pleasant Downtown Stay

Conveniently local in downtown Honolulu this cute little studio allows easy access to all the city and the island has to offer. It’s perfect for a single or a couple. Free parking is a major plus and it’s better than a hotel room to prepare a breakfast before exploring the island. The listing is accurate and the host is accommodating and communicative. Five stars!

The property itself was really great and quiet. Plenty of food places around and a grocery store. I had rented a motorcycle for my stay and the parking was great to have. The only downside was that if you surf, it is kind of a pain walking with a board to the nearest area to surf.
