The location is fabulous - a short 15-20 minutes to the square which has plenty of restaurants, shopping, and wine tasting. The home is located on a peaceful street and the house is modern, clean, secure, and has everything needed for a stay. Parking is easy because there is a garage or the other option is plenty of street parking. It was a wonderful and beautiful experience, I'm just sad we couldn't have stayed longer.

Being close enough to enjoy the square while still having a peaceful street to come home to is a nice balance to strike. Property was newly renovated and more spacious on inside than looked from outside. Fully fenced if u had a pet. Quiet area not a bad walk to downtown but not super close for a disabled or elderly person. Place was immaculate and everything went smoothly.

Friendly host, and comfortable, clean house with charm and nice perks. Although we brought our own coffee, they had a great selection of pods for a single cup brewer, and creamer in the fridge- I thought that was a great touch. The house is a quick drive, or a 15 minute walk from the center of town but still in a very peaceful area. The beds were all kings which worked out great for three adult couples. I'd definitely stay again!

Great Spot in Paso

We really enjoyed our stay at Charm on Chestnut. It was a perfect spot for 6 adults as each couple had their own king bed (hard to find that!). The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at Charm on Chestnut! The home was just perfect for our party of 5 + our furry Millie girl. Loved the layout of the house and the spaciousness of the rooms and bathrooms. Everything is very clean and newly updated. Walking to downtown took us about 13 minutes. We found other adorable coffee/breakfast/eats places that are even shorter walks too. Check in/out was easy and clear and Steve was communicative the whole time if we needed. I definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again in a minute!

Very nice and updated property within walking distance (1 mile) of everything! We didn’t drive all weekend. Nice little backyard as well as a cute front porch. Easy parking plus a garage. Very spacious and updated bathrooms. Very spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Lots of natural light. Upgraded kitchen appliances. Central AC (not all places in the city and county have AC). Very friendly and communicative host. We will 100% be back!!

We had a wonderful “girls” trip! The location is near downtown for restaurants and shopping (we couldn’t walk due to one of us with physical limitations, but would be fine for most), Sensorio and Vina Robles Amphitheater. We enjoyed all 3!The home itself is warm, cozy and filled with whatever you need for cooking. Beds were very comfy!we would definitely stay here again.
