Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay, especially the debris on the grounds, the internet outage, and the leak from the window. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you and your group had a wonderful time overall and enjoyed the house and beautiful weather! We also appreciate your detailed feedback—it’s incredibly helpful as we work to improve every guest’s stay. We’re happy our team was able to respond promptly and get wine glasses and a bowl delivered for your group, though we understand 8 glasses and one bowl weren’t quite enough for your needs. We’ll make sure to reevaluate kitchen inventory to better align with the size of the home and the larger groups it accommodates. Your comments about the lack of trash bags, beach towels/chairs, and seating are well taken, and we will look into providing a more complete starter supply and adjusting the amenities accordingly. The feedback about the door lock and the need for a simple in-house guidebook for TV and thermostat instructions is also great insight—we’ll take all in consideration for future guests. We apologize for the inconvenience with the dryer setting off the smoke alarm—that definitely isn’t typical, and we’ll have our maintenance team inspect it to ensure everything is in proper working order. Thank you again for your helpful suggestions and kind words about our communication. -Sands of Alabama Team
