Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Spray carpets with pet stain remover under the sink if your pet caused a stain to avoid extra fees. (Please check, as our maids do not clean pet waste, and a professional service will be called. )
Look for excessive pet shedding and remove extra hair to avoid extra fees
Start a load of towels. Floor mats should be put where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed. Must be potty trained. No puppies or obsessive barking. A pet fee must be paid to bring pets.
No parties or smoking or you will be evicted! No smoking includes the front and back patio as it comes in the house.

We wanted a quick little Branson get away with our furry pet Sammy. Three Little Birds was perfect! There was a lovely view from the enclosed deck. The unit was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!! There was even a cute little Christmas tree! We would highly recommend. We didn't use the pool or see it because obviously it's winter so I can't comment on that or rate it but the entire gated complex is well maintained and feels very safe and secure.

Quiet getaway close to everything

This condo was everything I was looking for to get away and relax. Beautifully decorated but warm and inviting. The small outdoor deck was perfect for morning coffee and had a view of the river without being exposed to those going by. The location was close enough to eat out, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Branson.

Great stay with quiet neighborhood

The condo was well stocked with all the basics needed for our stay. Was a comfortable and quiet place to relax and unwind after our daily Branson excursions. My husband even tried the on property fishing spot just a short ride from the condo. Would certainly stay here again.

We loved this condo!! Great location in a quieter area, but still close to all local attractions. We loved being able to walk to the pool. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Wonderful week!

We had a wonderful week at this property in Branson, MO. We were minutes from downtown, all the attractions/shows that the town has to offer. We were also 15-20 mins from Silver Dollar City AND 30 mins from some of the best golf in the country. The overall feel of the gated neighborhood was charming and safe. We were steps from the indoor and outdoor pools, the golf course, and parks/hiking trails. Just an absolutely wonderful location AND the property was perfect for our family of 5. Highly recommend these owners as their communication was some of the best I have had while renting. We will be back!

Great time with great friends

Walking in and you feel at home right away. The bedrooms were awesome and the mattresses were very comfy! The kitchen was well stocked but could have used another couple of hand towels. Loved the name 3 Little Birds and its meaning!! The only negative really was the ceiling fans are white and showed the dust. You really do have a lovely place and we all decided we would def stay there again.
