Our family loved our stay. The unit was beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were perfect for our family (2 adult couples, 2 teenagers and 2 small kids) and the view was gorgeous. Highly recommend

Beautiful place. No complaints overall about the condo. It is very very nice. If you’re coming with a big party, grab some extra TP and paper towels. We ran tight with 8 of us there 5 days. The full size washer and dryer was awesome. The decor is beautiful. You can tell the owner took pride in their updates. If you have mobility issues, definitely consider that there are no elevators in the middle of the facility so with parking and elevator locations it is a lot. The view is awesome though - you can see the ocean and the lake. Quiet overall. Great beach access. The unit is super nice and definitely as pretty as the pictures! Property retail shops are great too! Phyllis is great to work with in securing your rental!**Below applies the the property - NOT the condo for planning**Tip: get a cart at the office on ground (gotta leave your license) because parking is on one end or the other. Tip: South parking garage is the closest to the unit. If you park at the top it is gonna be easier to get on the elevator (rate limiting issue). Tip: Allow extra time and consider fans if you’re heat intolerant and traveling in the summer. Elevator waits can be long.

Great Location but…

The condo was newly renovated, spacious, and clean. Brand new washer/dryer. Lots of amenities. Great views of the ocean!! Nice pools and hot tubs. Could only enjoy the balcony views every now and then due to the heavy smell of pot coming from it seemed like every other unit. The smell of pot permeated the entire resort everywhere you walked. As with most condos, the wait for elevators was sometimes very long and you ended up feeling like a sardine because it was so full. That being said, the shops and restaurants on the resort, the pools, and proximity to a Walmart and other stores make it a great stay. I’d definitely recommend for a group of adults (if you are ok with smelling pot absolutely everywhere).

Great location, pay attention to listing

We had a great stay at this property but I will say that you need to come prepared. There was no handsoap in the bathrooms, no extra toilet paper or paper towels, 1 extra trash bag for a weeklong stay and only enough towels for each person to have one but no laundry soap. The property manager did offer to bring handsoap and more toilet paper but it is in the listing that these are not provided. There is a Walmart close by that we had to make multiple trips to in order to have what we needed. The other issue was being on the 20th floor and the elevators. There were times that we waited 20 minutes or longer to get an elevator. Previous reviews said there was an attendant to alleviate that issue but that was not the case. Otherwise the condo was very nice

The room is beautiful and had everything you need. The only issues are the elevators in the parking desk and to the room. They are often not working and for the 20th floor you really don’t want to walk it! I would stay there again even with the elevator issues.
