The VRBO was used as the main gathering spot for a family reunion. The open kitchen/dining/living space was excellent for meals and visiting, along with the covered deck. The basement family room with large tv and games was a real plus for grandkids (ages 9 to 19.Six bedrooms, each with own bathroom and one with 3 sets of bunk beds was a real plus.Fantastic kitchen with everything needed for a fantastic weekend gathering!

It fit our needs perfectly, with enough variety to please all of us. Any issues that we did have we were able to tell Budi and she was very quick to respond. We all had such a great time and really enjoyed the space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Paragon is the perfect place to host multiple families. We love the hot tub and downstairs rec-room. The heated swimming pool at the nearby community center is a huge perk! It couldn’t be a better location and everything is very well maintained. The property managers are easy to get a hold of if you have questions. Everyone in our party says the Paragon is a highlight of our trip to the Black Hills!

Beautiful space with a perfect set up for family gatherings. Each bedroom has its own en suite bath which is super convenient. The house was a bit chilly upon arrival and the beds don’t have thick blankets so basement rooms were cold the first night, but the remainder of the nights were great.The hot tub was wonderful and the clubhouse pool was a hit with the kids.The game room was very fun!Kitchen was stocked well with plenty of pots and pans and utensils.

This was our family’s second year staying at the Paragon. While we love the location and property, we were disappointed in that we had only intermittent hot water and low water pressure. This made it very difficult to shower and properly clean dishes, counters, etc. We contacted the property manager and she did come out to inspect the water heaters. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved by the time we left.

Absolutely beautiful home! The location is fabulous, and the home had every amenity you could think of. The furnishings were top notch and the bedrooms were perfect. Beautiful lighting inside and out. The covered porches and outdoor fireplace and furniture made our time outside very comfortable and enjoyable! I would highly recommend this location!

Great Property

Our group had 6 kids 3-11 and 8 adults, and this property was perfect for us! The grandparents were able to stay in the main floor and the kids and parents were in the basement with plenty of space to spread out. Great location to Terry Peak and town. Highly recommend!

Stunning Property for Large Group

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful place. We loved everything about it! Great kitchen with plenty of room and counter space. Great sized bedrooms with attached bathrooms. We really enjoyed sitting on the huge deck and also enjoyed the hot tub and pools. The host was great to work with and replied with responses quickly. I would highly recommend this place!
