About this property

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Large living area, sunroom with pullout sofa, back patio to relax in the sunshine or enjoy the fire pit. This home is renovated, professionally decorated and central to all Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Walk in town or enjoy the pool and tennis courts 100 steps from the house. Outlet shopping is a quarter mile away and the water park is next to the community. Assigned parking for two cars. 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths with sofa bed.

The beach house is 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths with community access to the pool and tennis courts only 100 steps from the house. It's located next to "Jungle Jim's" waterpark and about a 20 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute drive and Rehoboth Ave is directly across Route 1. It is a relaxing community that is family friendly. Two parking dedicated parking spaces in front of the house. Walking distance to Arena's Café and Bigfish Restaurant. The outlets for shopping are 1/4 mile north.

*Sheets and Towels are not provided*, sheets can be rented through "Sheets at the Beach: Luxury Linen Rental Service Delaware" Its super easy, they drop off at your front door and you leave them for pick up at your departure. Book early, they tend to get booked up as the summer progresses.

I am Delaware born and raised, now living in Annapolis, MD. I have enjoyed summers in Rehoboth and Dewey and so happy to have rentals I can share with others, to help them make amazing memories as I have.

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because it's quiet, has a great clubhouse, pool and tennis courts, literally steps from the front door. IIt's an easy walk onto Rehoboth Avenue and not too far to the beach. It's pretty versatile that you can go to either Rehoboth or Dewey beaches, both lifeguarded beaches and Jungle Jims is a fun waterpark and right next door.

What makes this property unique

I love the living space, its really big for a 3 bedroom home. It has a sunroom that is completely closed off with a pull out queen sofa in addition to the 3 bedrooms. I purchased it in the fall of 2023 and renovated the entire house so much that you see is new including the furniture. It has a cute patio out back with nice seating and a water feature.
