About this property
Stunning Waterfront Home! 15 Minutes from Sturgeon Bay!
Situated on the shores of Riley’s Bay (just 15 minutes from Sturgeon Bay), this beautiful home has some of the most picturesque western-facing views of the sunset in the area. With a private dock, you and your group can fish, swim, or use our kayaks to explore around Riley's bay!
This home is located just far enough from town to enjoy the peace and quiet, but is still a short drive to many of the popular sights Door County has to offer.
The feature of the home is the large open concept living room and kitchen with cathedral ceilings, an abundance of windows and natural light. A wood-burning fireplace will help keep you warm in those colder months.
Just up the steps is a large loft partially open to the living room below. This space has a triple twin bunk bed in addition to 3 more beds. There is also a full bath. The loft has ample space for playing board games, reading a book, or just sneaking away from the group to enjoy some peace and quiet.
The main level also has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, as well as a second full bath. There is a washer and dryer on site for the guests to use as well.
Looking to relax outside? The backyard has a large fire pit, a spacious patio and a private dock. Around front is a large covered porch with a swing, and plenty of seating.
Other things to note:
Due to changing weather, the dock is usually put in on Memorial Day and removed on Labor Day weekend. Those guests staying from September through May can still access the water from shore, but won't have the dock to use.
With this property being on the water, there can be lake flies at times. There are also mosquitoes and bees seasonally as well as spiders. We try to treat the areas to prevent them from interferring with our guests, but you may come across the occasional insect on the property.
The countertops are quartz, please do not place anything hot directly on the countertops.
This property has well water. There may be a slight smell to the water at times. It is safe to drink, but most guests prefer to bring bottled water for drinking.
