This home has a well appointed modern kitchen and large deck for entertaining. 3 bedroom ranch sleeps 6 people comfortably with one room with 2 twin beds, 2 rooms with very comfortable queen size beds, one being a tempurpedic. Large 50 " flat screen smart TV in family area and other room has a 32" smart TV for the bedroom. Also fun to sit on the deck while listening to the outdoor speakers and entertainment system. The home has one bathroom and laundry in the basement. Kitchen has granite counters.

I'm a native Lubec girl and love the area. I keep the property so that I can use it myself in the summer months but love to share it with others. So when you aren't there I probably am :-)
Why they chose this property
This is a great location and close to everything you need. A 5 min. walk to the beach but yet close to all of the downtown attractions and restaurants. You'll also enjoy the large deck and swing as well as the firepit

Well appointed kitchen is great for entertaining and cooking, convection oven stove all stainless steel appliances.
