Stunning 2-story cabin retreat with AC on a tranquil ocean bay
This two-story cabin was built in 2025 on a private road, with eight acres of interesting forest trails. The cabin overlooks a beautiful bay with tidal islands and is surrounded by protected land. This area is great for birdwatchers, and anyone that loves quiet, natural setting at waters’ edge. You can walk down to sit on the rocks during low tide. And we offer specular views from the comfort of the cabin inside and outside from either of the two decks. If you enjoy hiking, please bring hiking shoes, we have trails on our property, and the Lubec coast line has the famous “Cobscook Shore” system of trails to keep you hiking every day.
The town of Lubec is a quick 10 minutes where you can find harbor-side dining or take a whale-watching excursion. If you prefer to eat in, there are grocery stores minutes away and can prepare your meals with our fully-equipped kitchen.
