Best stay ever! The host anticipated every need we could have had, as the kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom as well. The bed was super supportive with nice pillows and a big fluffy (feather?) comforter and we slept like babies here. The privacy was perfect, we only heard two cars drive by the whole time we were there. It was easily accessible for our sedan, though some of the roads are very narrow and winding and some parts of the area are still under construction from Helene, but we had no problem getting around. The porch is huge and we really appreciated the screening not only on the sides but under the porch as well so no bugs were flying up through the cracks. The couch on the porch is the best seat in the house with incredible Mountain View’s, but the view from the hot tub was not bad either. The Elijah House was the absolute perfect mountain getaway, we hope to visit again!
