This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo provides the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway for two or a single-family retreat. The bright and airy living area lets in plenty of light through the French doors leading out to the private balcony and converts to an additional sleeping area with its built-in murphy bed. Hungry? The fully-equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to cook a gourmet meal, or the convenience of nearby town center eateries offer several delicious options as well. The choice is yours!

We had a wonderful stay at Rosemary Beach. The condo was just as described. We did not have a mirror in the master bath, which was inconvenient, but we were notified on the day of our arrival beforehand. The view from the balcony is the street behind the restaurants, so not great and pretty noisy with deliveries in the morning. But the property managers were very responsive with all of our questions. The condo overall was nice.

Staying right off of the town square in this unbelievably cute community was amazing! I loved waking up and grabbing coffee just steps away or grabbing ice cream on the walk home from the beach was picture perfect. Two bathrooms is such a nice bonus - making coming back from the beach easy or getting ready for dinner a breeze. It was just my husband and I, but the Murphy bed had us planning when to bring our kids back with us next time! The trash truck that comes on Monday morning (early) will ensure that you get up to see the sunrise at the beach ; )

Great condo, great location!

If you want to be in the heart of 30A, this is the spot! Wake up, walk downstairs and grab your coffee, quick walk to the beach, right in the mix of everything. Great having 2 beds and 2 full baths! Highly recommend!

Two of my girlfriends and I SO enjoyed our stay here for our weekend getaway. The lofts were beautiful, clean, conveniently located, and perfect for our needs. We could walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, or the beach from our place. We would definitely do this again. We rented bikes, explored Seaside and Alys Beach, had tapas at La Crema, and relaxed on our balcony. Fantastic weekend!

Perfect place for a quick getaway.

The place was clean, bright and and easy to get to. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the light and the vent above the range. The smoke alarm went off numerous times during breakfast 😂
